Terms of Service

1. The Service

Fold Keyboard is an on-screen keyboard (input method) for Android devices, optimized for foldable phones. The App is currently offered free of charge and is distributed through Google Play.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Android devices you own or control, for personal purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor reverse engineer or attempt to extract its source code, except to the extent permitted by applicable law or by the open-source licenses noticed in the App.

3. Open-source software

The App includes open-source software and data. The applicable notices and license texts are available in the App under About → Open source licenses.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to use the App in compliance with applicable laws and not to use it to infringe the rights of others.

Data you create in the App (settings, themes, notes, to-dos, learned words) is stored only on your device. You are responsible for backing up your device; we cannot restore data stored locally on it.

5. Intellectual property

The App, the Site, and all related trademarks, logos, and content (excluding open-source components and your own content) are the property of Ludilogy and are protected by applicable laws.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App and the Site are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ludilogy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App or the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability arising from our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

8. Changes to the service and to these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time. We may also update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act of Korea.
