Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-08-02

This Privacy Policy explains how Ludilogy Inc. (“Ludilogy”, “we”) handles information in connection with the Fold Keyboard Android application (the “App”) and its related web pages (the “Site”). The short version: the App has no internet permission and does not collect what you type.

1. What the App does NOT collect

The App does not request the INTERNET permission. It is technically unable to transmit your keystrokes, personal data, or usage data to us or to anyone else.

Everything you create in the App — keyboard settings, themes, notes, to-dos, clipboard history, and learned words — is stored only on your device and is excluded from cloud backups by the App's configuration. Uninstalling the App deletes this data.

2. Device permissions

Vibration: used only for key-press haptic feedback.

Calendar (read-only, optional): only if you choose the Calendar center zone and grant the permission, the App reads upcoming events to display them inside the keyboard. Event data is displayed on screen only — it is not stored by the App and never leaves your device. You can revoke the permission at any time in system settings.

3. Information you send us via the Site (feedback form)

When you submit the feedback form, we receive: subject, message, optional reply-to email address, optional image attachment, and the form language. We use this information solely to review and respond to your inquiry.

Feedback data is stored privately on infrastructure operated by Vercel Inc. (Vercel Blob, hosted in the United States) and, where configured, is also delivered to our support mailbox (support@ludilogy.com). It is retained for up to 1 year after the inquiry is resolved, then deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time by emailing support@ludilogy.com.

4. Google Play and in-app review

The App is distributed via Google Play, and its optional in-app review dialog is provided by Google Play. Information processed by Google in these contexts is governed by Google's own privacy policy.

5. Children

The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.

6. Your rights

For data stored on your device, you are in full control — you can delete it in the App or by uninstalling. For feedback you sent us, you may request access, correction, or deletion at support@ludilogy.com.

7. Data protection officer

Privacy officer: Hyunsang Jeon (CEO), Ludilogy Inc. — support@ludilogy.com

8. Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page with an updated revision date.
